WIP documentation for my fork of SuperGames-'s CodeSup.

New features

Enable them by putting ?beta=1 in the URL. Otherwise it will ask you if you want to. THESE ARE BREAKING CHANGES which is why they are optional.

• Named Procedures - Kind of like functions but there is a key distinction.
• New Syntax - I like to call it "CodeSup Nouveau" because that sounds cool.
